"Wonderful"
This was my second stay at the Shelley. The hotel is simple, but it has a great and safe location. The beach is very close, the stores and restaurants are nearby as well. It has everything that I needed!

The location was great, basically it was close to everything, and most important the beach. They had plenty of shampoo and conditoner which was great, also lotion! The clean lady was great handing us some extra towels and toilet paper...thank god we saw her, but didn't clean our room during our stay and that was a big deal for us since we would come back from the beach full of sand....the garbage can was small so we had to use extra bags to throw stuff away.

It was horrible. I would like to have a refund. They did not clean my room for three days plus, it was bugs in the shower as well in the bed. Also no hot water to take a shower. It was the worst experience ever.

Julia and Julio infront to the hotel very bad rude only want you Pay all the time the deposit and no give you back still waiting 8 days for the refund .. no give any paper for the refund only says is your problem continue pay deposit maybe take 3 weeeks to come back your money

The hotel's location is fantastic- you are passing the street and there is Ocean's Drive and the beach. So when it comes to the location you have everything close.
